error by SAA, there will be no fee for the initial closing. And, of course, SAA will take any corrective measures required
for no fee also. Invoices are expected to be paid in full within 30 days of the
signing. If your payment is received within 10 days of the signing date (not the closing date) you may take a 5%
discount off the total amount due.
Our fee structure is quite competitive with other, less qualified signing
agents. E-docs, for example, are only $35. For less than it would cost you
